Tri-Pro Forest products is a sawmill and planer facility located in Orofino, Idaho. Orofino is in the middle of the Clearwater Valley in the central panhandle region of Idaho, approximately 40 miles east of Lewiston.  The plant sits on 35 acres of land that borders Orofino Creek with access to Berlington Northern and Union Pacific rail as well as truck loading capabilities.

At the present time we are operating the sawmill facility, four 70,000 board foot capacity kilns, and the planer facility.  We are currently shipping between 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 board feet per month and will easily double that as markets improve.  Tri-Pro manufactures green and dry timbers in cedar, white fir, and douglas fir, in all dimensions up to 24” x 24” up to 32’ long.  We also manufacture a wide variety of surfaced products in 4”, 3”, 2” and 1” thicknesses up to 12” wide, and up to 20’ long in cedar, pine, white fir, and douglas fir.

All of these products can be kiln dried and surfaced to customer specifications.  The finest wood fibre in Idaho comes from the Clearwater Valley which insures our customers exceptional quality.
